If you discover an identical item advertised for less at another online store, please let us know within 10 days of your purchase date. In many cases we will try to match that price, as long as the offer is in accordance with the guidelines we have with our manufacturer.

Taking Advantage of Our Low Price Guarantee is Easy
If you find a lower delivered price after you’ve purchased an outdoor product from us, you will still reap the benefits. We will honor our Low Price Guarantee for up to 10 days after your purchase.

1. If you think you’ve found the same outdoor product offered online at a lower delivered price, please call our Sales team at 888-867-2770, Mon.-Fri. (8am to 5pm, EST) and say that you’d like to report a Price Match.
2. We’ll ask you for the competitors name, website, and the exact location of the item to verify the price and that the item is new, in stock, and includes the manufacturer’s warranty.
3. Once we have verified the competitor’s pricing, we will match the lower price and process your request.

Our Low Price Guarantee is valid when the named online competitor is an authorized dealer of the product and is selling a non-auction, new, in-stock, warranted item at or above the manufacturer's wholesale cost plus our standard order processing cost of 10%. Delivered price is calculated by adding the base item price plus shipping, handling, taxes and any other charges. QualityPorchSwings.com reserves the right to refuse any order or price match if the preceding terms are not met or cannot be verified.
